Bexar County Deputy Constable Puglia, Marc Pct 1 : An Officer Above Reproach!

We all make mistakes from time to time. Hell, no one is perfect and we don’t expect our Police to be either.

What we do expect is Transparency! What we do expect is Accountability! What we do expect is PROFESSIONALISM!

Deputy Constable Puglia had the perfect opportunity to admit he was wrong! Much more than that he had the opportunity to show integrity and do the right thing!

AND HE FAILD!!!    Horribly!!!

I believe the video speaks for itself! I give a should out to TXSHEEPDOG and thank him for all he’s done you guys stop by and visit his YouTube channel!

I have also written emails to the Bexar County Constable service expressing my dissatisfaction with their deputies conduct and hope you will do the same!

Strong Arm of The Law: A Texas Cop Loosing Control

It’s well known that cops in Texas are not to be messed with! A Fort Worth mother and her daughter found out just how bad one Texas Cop could be.

Fort Worth Police Officer William Martin responded to a call of service where the complainant claimed a neighbor assaulted her 7 year old son because he had littered.

Doing a piss poor job of investigating the incident. The Officer implies that it’s the mothers parenting skills that needs improvement!

“Why don’t you teach your son not to litter?” Martin asked her after she told him what happened.

You can see the obvious surprise on Jacqueline Craig’s face as she realizes she isn’t dealing with a public servant, but a paid gangster looking to assert his authority on unsuspecting citizens!

The exchange escalates as Craig realizes that Martin isn’t here to uphold the Law and protect her child.

Feeling tension between her Mother and Officer Martin. Craig’s daughter steps between them obviously making an attempt to calm her mother down. This sends Officer Martin into action!

He violently attacks Craig shoving her to the ground, even going so far as to put a taser to her back even though she hasn’t had time to resist. The video shows that she immediately roles to her stomach and places her hands behind her back!

Martin isn’t done yet one victim isn’t enough! He jumps to his feet and rushes to the daughter forcing her to the ground placing her under arrest claiming she had interfered with his duties.

A bystander not currently identified can be heard in the background yelling and treating the Officer stating “I got you live!”

This almost certainly pissed Officer Martin off and he would soon take actions on her as well.

After securing the Mother and daughter in his patrol vehicle. Martin turns his attention to the female videoing with a cell phone. He grabs her and shoves her into the car. Forcefully stripping her of her phone and placing her under arrest!

It doesn’t get much worse for the Fort Worth Police Department in this situation. Officer Martin has successfully embarrassed his department and Law Enforcement Nation Wide for that matter.

This is seen with his 10 day unpaid suspension he received for his violation of Department Policy in this incident.

According to the Forth Worth Star Telegram:

The white police officer accused of using excessive force during his arrest of a black woman and her two daughters could have been promoted to corporal if he would have agreed to a seven-day suspension and waived his right to appeal, according to his attorney and a letter to members of the Fort Worth Police Officers Association from its president.

But because of the excessive-force allegation and the fact that the Tarrant County district attorney’s office has said it plans to present the entire incident to a grand jury, officer William Martin felt he had to choose a 10-day suspension, his attorney, Terry Daffron, said. The decision allows him to appeal the discipline but means he will be bypassed for promotion.

Obviously such disciplinary action is egregious!

Fort Worth Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald said Martin violated departmental policy by using excessive force and failing to thoroughly investigate, but assured the public the cops would receive more training. Obviously this is total bullshit as well!

You don’t have to be a professional investigator to see Officer Martin was out of control!! The Fort Worth Police have no excuse for this kind of behavior, and any disciplinary action less than termination is unacceptable!

Officer William Martin does not deserve the opportunity of wearing his badge! He certainly does not possess the qualities we demand and expect from our Police. Without a doubt he should be terminated and prosecuted for his actions!!!

Cops Don’t Lie! Do They?

San Bernardino Deputy Michael Bradbury was having a bad day according to his supervisor, and in San Bernardino county that means you go to jail!

Contempt-of-Cop isn’t anything new, but is rarely caught on video. What happened to a man attempting to file a police report seems like something you would see only in the movies.

What Duncan Hicks captured on his cell phone was anything but Hollywood acting.

“You know what, man? I’m about getting tired of you and you’re about to go to jail,” Bradbury said through a glass partition separating the two after Hicks requested his name and badge number.

“What I’m going to jail for?” Hicks asked.

“I’ll create something, you understand,” Bradbury responded. “You’ll go to jail, you understand that?”

“You can’t say that,” Hicks replied. “How are you going to create something? That’s against the law.”

“Recording me like that, that’s against the law,” Bradbury said, demonstrating his ability to create something out of nothing.

“That’s illegal. Without my knowledge. Want to go to jail for that too?”

“I’m doing this for my protection,” Hicks said.

Bradbury walked away but then the woman behind the counter then started berating Hicks, telling him, “you’re not starting that in my lobby.”

Hicks had stepped inside the Victorville Station to file a report about a child custody issue he was having with the mother of his baby.

But he said Bradbury blew him off, refusing to take the report, telling Hicks he was only having “baby mama drama,” according to ABC 7.

Hicks started to leave, but then returned to file a complaint against Bradbury. That was when he started recording.

But when he asked for Bradbury’s name and badge number, the deputy walked up to the window, wrote his name down on a card, then threatened to arrest him, claiming it was illegal to record him without permission, which is untrue.

The sheriff’s department even confirmed to ABC 7 that it does not have any policy against citizens recording them inside the station, but they claimed Bradbury was only having a “bad day.”

I guess that makes it alright! I mean everyone has “bad days” from time to time!

Absolutely not!

Police Officers aren’t allowed to have bad days and if they can’t control themselves maybe they should fine a different career!

They certainly should not threaten to make up false charges to throw someone in jail!

San Bernardino Sheriffs Department claim they have launched and internal investigation into the Deputies conduct.

However, any punishment other than termination would be unfortunate for the citizens of Bernardino County!

Austin Police Deploy Taser

This video was titled “Austin cops taser man for dancing at bus stop!” That tile I believe is misleading.

Both the quality of video and audio is very poor obviously taken with a cell phone. But is decent enough quality to realize that the officer obviously made contact with the dancing man.

Now, at this point it is unclear wither the officer had a call for service or simply stopped because he thought the man was acting suspicious.

What is clear is when the man attempts to board the bus it is obvious from the video the officer means to detain him and prevent him from leaving. The man doses not comply and  attempts to avoid and at one point may have attempted to flee the officer.

Whatever the circumstances there are many out there who try to paint a nasty picture of the police. This can be heard in the video from a bystander.

It is unclear if the woman’s voice in the video is behind the camera or just a bystander on the street but she can be heard saying

“He didn’t do anything!”

A male voice can also be heard after the taser was deployed.

“Stop tasering him you asshole!”

Now, I want to make something very clear. It is never my intent to negatively portray police conduct. I am very much more concerned with honest presentation of facts. From my perspective I believe this was a justified use of force.

The officer used commands and even went hands on. The subject here had ample opportunity to comply and he chose not to!

It is obvious to me that the office used restraint and acted in good faith. I personally believe this was a job well done. is not interested in portraying Police in a negative light! I am all about holding public officials accountable for their actions. I do however fell they should get a pat on the back when deserved!

Enraged Orlando Police Officer Misconduct!

Orlando Police responded to a domestic dispute between a father and son. Although no crime had been committed that didn’t stop this Orlando Police Officer from trying to provoke a fight.

Ryan Romasco said he began recording after the cop placed his hands on him according to PINAC, but the video undoubtedly speaks for itself.

There were no arrests made but that did not stop Orlando Police Officer Sanchez from acting in an unprofessional manner.

The video depicts the officer using vulgar language towards Romasco. Certainly being disrespectful in an attempt to provoke a physical confrontation the officer actually gets in Romascos personal space.

Calling him a bitch and then treating him with pepper spray it is obvious that officer Sanchez is out of control.

Peace Officers are suppose to uphold the Law and provide a public service to the community they serve.

They are suppose to be unbiased and neutral deescalating the situation while protecting the public.

It is obvious Officer Sanchez did not uphold the high standards the public demands of it’s swore officers.

The only way we can stop this kind of behavior is to expose it and hold those accountable who abuse their authority and public trust!
